ARTICLE 1 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the ChapterBright™ website, operated by KAGLIA LLC.

By placing an order on the website, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms.

KAGLIA LLC may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

The ChapterBright™ website offers children’s educational books and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, illustrations, dimensions, and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, minor differences in colour, appearance, printing, packaging, or presentation may occur.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes.

ARTICLE 3 — ORDERS

Orders are placed online through the ChapterBright™ website.

The ordering process generally includes:

• Selecting the desired product and quantity

• Adding the product to the cart

• Providing shipping and billing information

A customer account is not required unless otherwise indicated on the website.

ChapterBright™ primarily serves customers in Canada.

Shipping to additional destinations may be available where offered during checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Processing times may be longer during promotional periods, holidays, product launches, or other periods of unusually high demand.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 7 to 12 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Tracking

If the book is not the right fit for your family, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, returned products should be:

• Reasonably clean

• Securely packaged

• Free from intentional damage

• Returned with any included items, where applicable

Reasonable handling and reading of the book does not automatically make it ineligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return results from a change of mind or dissatisfaction.

ChapterBright™ will cover reasonable replacement or return costs when:

• The product arrives damaged

• The product is defective

• The wrong product was sent

• An error attributable to ChapterBright™ occurred

Return Procedure

Before returning an item, customers must contact:

Please provide:

• Your order number

• The reason for the return

• Relevant photographs or information, where applicable

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will then be provided.

Do not send a return before receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and reviewed, approved refunds are generally processed within 5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

ARTICLE 8 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
